Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room I stayed in off to the side of the lobby was not up to par - small, smelled like mildew, and even had roaches. I also noticed a concerning bloodstain on the carpet. The lack of a promised fridge added to the inconvenience, and parking was a nightmare. On the plus side, the service I received per day was excellent, with friendly and courteous staff, though the presence of box fans was odd. The location, although affected by past events, was convenient for the nearby convention center and stadium. However, the dining experience was subpar, with overpriced and poorly managed options. Despite its flaws, the hotel facilities were decent, offering basic amenities.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although small and needing some cleaning, were nicely furnished and up-to-date. However, I had to downsize due to an air conditioning issue and found dead bugs in a trap. The service was a mix of long wait times with no apologies and friendly, welcoming staff. The location was ideal for exploring attractions but lacked good facilities. The dining experience was below expectations and not worth the cost. The hotel's facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. Despite a few positives like having irons in the rooms and a nice service crew, the downsides were hard to ignore. The rooms were on the pricey side, small, and lacked basic amenities like ironing boards and microwaves. The cleanliness was also a major issue, with bugs found in the bedding. However, the location was convenient for various attractions and events in the area.
